i. introduction

Hello, and welcome to my F2U bio codes thread!! c: I'm fairly new here, but I've already made a bio code for my cats which I want to share in case other people enjoy it too! I might also make some F2U assets for bios in the future too, but for now it's just the bio codes. :]

The only rule for using codes I've made is that you don't remove credit! I'll always have a little 'code by sedge#2571' with a link to this thread at the end of my bio codes, but it'll always be small and out of the way. You can edit the codes in any other way though, and as little or as much as you want, including moving the credit to a different location: as long as a link to either this thread or my profile is still somewhere visible in the code, it's all good! c:

ii. cat bio codes
Click a code's name or image to go to its respective post in this thread! Also, the images will look weird if you use light mode, sorry about that! I use dark mode and there's no way that I'm aware of for me to make them look good on either mode.

These codes should all be somewhat mobile-compatible, but likely won't look as good as they do on a computer, unfortunately. :c

Simple Sparkles cat bio code

A fairly simple code intended for a short to medium amount of writing. There are some pre-set sections, such as basic info, personality, relationships, and notes about the cat, but feel free to change those, and really anything else that you want to change about the template (as long as you leave credit, of course).

Note that links in this code are set to be coloured differently than the base link colour, so that they can match the rest of the bio better. The default colour in the code is blue, but the other options are red, orange, yellow, green, teal, purple, pink, grey, and brown. (I learned that from this thread, and if you're interested in more coding tips like this I'd recommend checking it out!)

For an example of how the bio could look when it's entirely filled out, you can go look at the bio of my not-cat Chive!

Two-Column Sparkles cat bio code

A similar code to my Simple Sparkles bio code, except this one uses columns and is a bit more condensed! Personality and relationships should be kept a bit shorter in this code so they stay more lined up with the column on the left, unless you want to expand that column as well by adding more items or info to it, but sections III onwards can be any length and still look fine.

Note: be careful not to delete the images at the bottom of the columns, they're 1px high images which are there to keep the column spacing consistent, and deleting them could mess with the formatting.

Also, the cat widget under the cat's name can be safely be replaced with a 100x100px image without messing with the formatting!

As with the Simple Sparkles bio template, links in this code are set to be coloured differently than the base link colour. You can read more about that in my post for that code! c:
