Hi I am back with some more Marking Suggestions! (I have more in the works because they're really really fun to make, actually.)
Without further ado, the Ticked Gene, represented by the letter K. Again, all colours in Black, Almond, and Snow.
K + K = Ticked Tabby
K + T = Fragmented Tabby
K + S = Dispersed
K + M = Granite
K + P = Checkpoint
And just for fun, if combined with the Ghost marking pattern I suggested above:
K + G = Whisper
Edit: I'm back with the More!
These alleles are called Night [N] and Day [D], and are somewhat of a matched set with a fun concept that would proably need a little more ironing-out if they were actually implemented. But this is a Suggestion and that's what it's for lmao. The idea is that the colour of the marking remains the Same no matter which base colour is used (with the exception of Snow because it does Funky things.)
Here we are, the Day markings first, where everything is white (Snow), again including my previous suggestions, haha!:
D + D = Day
D + T = Tapir
D + S = Fawn
D + M = Ribbon
D + P = Herdpoint
D + G = Panda
D + K = Badger
My biggest issue with these is how to have the light Day markings that are already in the Snow colour to like, show up on Snow. Especially on the Snow Herdpoint, which is intended to have the 'solid' base colour with marked-base Snow in a reverse Colourpoint, essentially. I didn't want to change the base to the marking colour as I've already used that for the Ghost suggestion, haha! Some finagling might be needed here to keep things consistent across colours.
Anyway, the Night markings, where everything uses the black marking colour:
N + N = Night
N + T = Zebra
N + S = Cheetah
N + M = Civet
N + P = Flockpoint
N + G = Thylacine
N + K = Agouti
N + D = Okapi
