Pinging Etiquette & Recommendations
- If you have multiple cats, only ping in one post. Some people may be on multiple lists and, generally, this will avoid annoying anyone who may be spammed with notifications.
- If you are pinging multiple lists, also keep them to one post for the same reason as above so you don't spam anyone. Some people are on several lists.
- Try to have the cats everyone is being pinged for in your ping post so they don't have to go digging or link to the post which lists the cats. This is so people don't have to go searching through several pages or multiple posts just to find one or a couple cats. Having the cats on page one is also ideal.
- Editing someone into a post doesn't currently ping them so, if you make an error, please add the affected parties via a separate post. Don't ping the entire list again.
- Never copy pings from another person's post. The lists they're using might not be ideal for what you need and, most importantly, they may not be completely up to date.

Pings in This Sheet
Do note that the options for some sheets are so long due to the sheer amount of genes and potential interests on PCE. That said, it'll look like a huge document, but that's only if you're looking to add yourself to literally everything (which I don't recommend for your own sanity).
- General Cat Pings (All Cats)
Any and all cat pings. These aren't anything particularly special aside from Nestor beans.
- Special ID Pings
For pattern IDs and digits! There are some others such as milestones and meme IDs.
- First Generation Pings
Cats without parents. Simple.
- Second Generation Pings
Cats from G1 x G1 pairings.
- Specifics
For anything that doesn't fit the above! Also for more hyper-specific searches.

Adding or Removing Yourself
Adding: General Lists
- Find the list you want to be added to on the "Add Yourself Here" sheet.
- Click an empty cell in that column.
- Add your name to the empty cell with an @ (such as @Lykos). Please ensure you add the @, as you will not be pinged if you don't have it in front of your name.
Important: Leave extra details to the Specifics sheet, as sellers are not expected or required to check what you have listed in parenthesis as an extra note on the general lists.
Adding: General Lists
- Find an empty row and enter the details of your search. Please leave extra information for the "Other Information" section for the convenience of sellers.
Removing Yourself
Simply find where you entered your name (CTRL+F or CMD+F can help you with this) and remove it from whatever lists you want. For specifics, please clear all information in your search's row.
