World Map

You can now head over to the World Map page to read about each of the regions and explorable locations. Much of the world is still undiscovered, but more areas will be revealed as the site progresses.



Traveling Cats

On each not-cat's page, there is now the option to send it traveling. Traveling cats are temporarily removed from gameplay features, but you can still dress them up and admire them! This will free up more space in your active village if you were starting to get a little tight on space.

In a future update, you will have a chance of getting a gift or letter back each day from the traveling cats, so the more cats you have traveling, the greater your chances.

Traveling Cats Can:
- Be dressed up.
- Be given trinkets.
- Have their names, pronouns, and biographies edited.
- Be traded to another player. (When trading comes out)
- Have specialty items used on them.

Traveling Cats Cannot:
- Be placed in scenes.
- Partake in a luncheon.
- Have an occupation or go gathering.
- Participate in social scenarios.
- Be put on an adventuring team or go on adventures.
- Have beans, adopt, or otherwise start families.

Requirements for Traveling:
Only certain cats can be sent following. The following cats cannot travel:

- Cats below adolescent age.
- Cats that are currently raising a family that is below adolescent age or are expecting a family soon.
- Cats that are currently on an adventuring team.

Your total number of traveling cats possible is limited to 4x your general cat capacity.

Adoption

There is now a rare chance that Nestor will introduce you to a bean or kitten that is looking for a family. When you add this baby to your village, you will need to designate a cat or cat couple as the adoptive parent.

Bug Fixes

- The reset password page is no longer broken.

- Expected bean image now appropriately shifts between light and dark theme.

- Social scenarios left hanging can no longer result in unacceptable quantities of children or partners.

- Boxes on the front profile should light up properly even when beans or kittens or traveling cats are present.

- Trinket stat no longer displaying incorrectly on the trinket application page.

- Fixed a bug where kittens were not interacting with their own age group and instead just chilling with random adults.

What's next?

- Permanently removing cats from the game by sending them to the city in exchange for a small gift.

- Currency is added to the game. Players may sell their spare materials and items and then buy materials from the General Store.

- Traveling cats send letters home as detailed above.

- Increased mobile friendliness.

- Blacksmith, Apothecary, and Artist occupations.
