Ever wanted to see, at a glance, what your cat could be bringing back from their daily job, and how likely it was? Or maybe every single use you could ever find for Chamomile?

Well, here's a spreadsheet!





What's on the sheet:

• Search tabs: Currently, there are four tabs for searching through items in a variety of ways.
  
  
  
  1. Resources - Search materials used on their name and/or item ID name, the season they're obtained in, the luncheon they're used in, or the craftable they're used in!
     
     
  2. Luncheons - Search the different Luncheons based on a dynamically updating dropdown list, sorted in buffs-given ordering. Check off each buff you want a meal to be giving to narrow down the dropdown list! This search will return all the resources used in the Luncheon(s).
     
     
  3. Craftables - Search for Craftables and check the materials they need based on the crafting discipline, item name, item type, or a variety of identifying tags that I've included for each and every craftable there is. These tags are the general item set, form, size, color, material, and detail and/or effect of the item. Since there are a lot of identifying tags, these dropdowns will dynamically narrow their options as you select other search terms.
     
     
  4. Not-Craftables - Search for items that can be obtained via daily jobs, social interactions, or gifted by Nestor! These can all be sorted by season they can be obtained and by the same options as Craftables, where the crafting discipline search is instead replaced by the method(s) the item is obtained by.
     
  
  
  
• Luncheon Details tab: This tab is pretty basic, but handy! It lists all Luncheons, their buffs (both stat-wise and adventuring, for when that becomes useful), and their required resources. This is an at-a-glance view version of the Luncheon searching tab, and lets you view the recipe as a whole! This tab is currently located behind the daily jobs tabs.
  
  
• Daily Job tabs: Each daily job has its own tab which displays the following:
  
  
  
  1. Requisites - At the top of each tab, the associated stat, personality trait, location (indoor/outdoor), and materials required to perform are listed. Each job tab will also be color-coded dependent on the location in which it takes place, to help make decisions based on weather conditions.
     
     
  2. Items - Each item that a job could provide is listed and gives the item ID, item number, image, name, rarity of occurrence, item type, seasons it may be collected in, the cost of sale/purchase via NPCs, and what jobs may require it as a material to perform. Currently, all Resource, Clothing, Decor, Trinket, and Collectable items are listed.
     
     
  3. Search options - These tabs allow you to display items based on their item type. If you would, say, only like to view the resources you could get, or maybe just the clothing items, you can turn off the checkboxes in the top right corner for the other item types!
     
     Additionally, items can be filtered by season by going to the top options bar on Google Sheets and selecting Data > Filter Views and selecting a seasonal filter view.

The option to search for items based on the craftable that they're used in is now implemented!

You can now get results that show you just legitimately every single thing there is to know about an item at once.

Additional update: the Not-Craftables search tab is also now up and running! It works similarly to the Craftables search tab.

Update: A bug fix and a new search option!

• Fixed a long-standing bug I just realized was hanging around in which users could not change the search type on the resource search tab.
  
  
• Resources and non-craftables can now be searched for by season by marking off the associated checkbox in addition to the currently existing single season filters views.

I would love to do a collab! Though I have to ask.. is the data you're collecting the same as I've been collecting here?

That spreadsheet has gotten a little unwieldly with how much data it's chugging on at any one time (so much so that I actually now have three spreadsheets reading from each other to reduce what any one sheet has to do!) and definitely needs some more love to make it break less. But I've been recording my data daily with it for months and there's a ton there! As well as some helpful publicly submitted info.

If what we're doing is the same, we could look at merging our work!

another interesting thing is that the quantity of product seems too be liener with the roll, so that may help add data to the ideal jobs sheet

what format works best with input to your sheet? or is it more manual? (currently i use unquoted CSV, without feild names, which can be input into most database veiwing software)

just looked at your data input form, i have over 1000 datapoints, so direct input will be the best way for everyone's sanity ^-^

Direct would be best, yes lol. If your most up-to-date data is the .csv currently linked in your thread, I can pull that data in directly!
