As you stumble through the deep woods, you come across a group of not-cats sitting around a fire. An alluring scent comes from the pot above the flames.
One of the not-cats notices you and turns around, a welcoming look on it's face.
"Hello, friend. Did you get lost?" She says, the emerald spines on her back shimmering by the firelight.
"well, you can stay here as long as you want!"
Wind's Peak is a group of not-cats living on a windy hill in the middle of the woods, they don't have anything necessarily advanced compared to other groups, but they're content with each other and are learning how to work together to live in this new place.
You wander. Who knew this civilization was so deep in the woods?
You planned on going to Gardenhome, but as you aprroached, there was a poster. You couldn't read what it said before another not-cat walked over to take it down, ghostly white and smoke emitting from his fur. They adjusted the golden wildflower crown they had on before noticing you. He walked over, standing in front of you for a second before speaking.
"You have seen nothing, friend." His soft and echoing voice said. This wasn't the same not-cat from the village of not-cats you had seen before, they were different in some way.
As you part ways, you see one of the posters he had dropped. On this, was in big lettering "MISSING." as well as a photo of a seemingly younger version of Peak, the not-cat that had been taking these down...
