There's no official note to usd conversion rate but 1 usd is equivalent to 10 essence fragments and 1 essence fragment is roughly 100 notes from what I've seen?

Although, it's also unfortunately pretty uncommon for art to go for anything above 20kn at the moment, so that conversion scale isn't used for art most of the time; art that does go for that much or over it is often animated/heavily detailed/a scene, etc

Another method is calculating how much to charge by how many notes made by quick selling adventuring items per run (or if they get a card, worth ~5-6kn at the moment) + how much time is spent, and then comparing that to how much time is spent on a given art piece. (Ex, 1 hour spent on adventuring turns up a card + ~1k from quick selling collectables, so 1 hour spent on art is >5kn) Granted this requires an optimized adventuring team and it's possible to get really unlucky with cards during adventuring runs

Art pricing on PCE is really wonky but I'd suggest looking through other usershops to decide how much you'd like to charge in notes or finding valuable items/cat looks if you want to accept site currency/items! Please let me know if you do decide on a price conversion though, I'd love to order from you

your style for drawing humanoids is pretty detailed, i totally think you could start here and price higher based on demand!
