Seconding that 50-60k price! I say aim for the higher end because your kitty is YY white and carries a longhair gene, so it's got preferred genetics for albino breeders.
The only thing is that from my sandboxing it does appear to carry null, which some breeders may like but others might dislike. Personally I prefer not to have null on my binos because I want to breed the children and nulls can't breed, but others like how the null wind symbol is pale like an albino coat and find it aesthetically desirable! If you decide to sell just keep in mind to hold out for the right buyer
