Class Calculator Spreadsheet Hi everyone! I made this spreadsheet to help figure out which cat is good in which classes!
There's other sections in it but they aren't finished yet and best ignored. or check the next comment i guess
How to use 0. you'll need a google account
1. open the link
2. mobile: go to your google sheets, it will show up in recent. click the kebab menu "︙" and select "Make a Copy"
desktop/browser: click "File" > "Make a Copy"
you can now name your copy and open it!
3. don't delete the existing filled-in rows even though they're not your cats! keep at least one, the formulas are in there!
to make a new column with the formula, it's best to either copy the entire column or to use the drag function to copy all of the formulas at once, because there's actually a bunch of required hidden formulas between lines 13 and 60. see the extra section for more on that.
4. start filling in your cat's information as prompted on the left side from 3 to 13!! it is recommended to put in the cats base stats (without the trinket modifiers. you do not need to worry about the luncheon.) so that you can properly gauge their potential, if you're trying to decide which cats and classes to pair up. you can find all this on each cats profile. for "Highest Level" check "Attributes and Occupations" > "Adventuring Class" and select whatever level is highest. if there's nothing, write 1.
5. once you're done entering your cat's information, scroll down to see suggestions for the best two classes! If you want to know which of your cats would make for the best fighter, simply look under "Score" > "Fighter" and check which row has the highest number. the really good scores are printed in bold!
Keep in mind that cats that aren't adults yet will still have score increases later Extra want to see more? click the arrow symbol between rows 13 and 60 to unhide them!
first you will see your base stats just as they show up in adventuring (i'm quite proud that i figured all of these out and i deserve a cookie
)next you'll see the individual skills as used in various classes and how many dice your cat would have for each. a "#" means that the skill does not require dice rolling. this section is as of present slightly unfinished because i have not unlocked all skills in all classes yet.
the next section was just my version of this table for formula reasons.
the grades per class just boil down to the relevant stat divided by two and work intuituvely if you're used to the mexican grading system.
Troubleshooting 
If the HP seems off, check if your cat is currently a guardian. the guardian HP is listed in the hidden section for the class. If the Initiaitve seems off, check if there is a scout on the team, because scouts increase everyone's initiative. the inscreased initiative your cat would get is listed in the scout section. if the HP and initiative seem wrong, check if you entered the correct highest level for your cat. levelling up increases some stats! if the spite or benevolence seems wrong, please let me know! i didn't have all the data i needed so i made a few educated guesses for their distribution.
The result rows show numbers instead of words? you need to edit the cell.
=SORTN(C64:C70,2,0,S64:S70,FALSE)
make sure the first range is C64:C70 and not D64:D70 or another letter. sadly this one breaks every time you make a new row

the sheet i linked here is the one i use for my own stuff, so some irregularities might happen as i edit it every day. maybe one day i'll make a specific public version 
the tab "gathering drops" is a small database of everything that you can get while doing all kinds of gathering jobs. it isn't finished yet (missing IDs and very rare drops) but making it really helped me understand the gathering system, so if you're new and more confused by the gathering system than by google sheets, i recommend checking it out. i will probably make some kind of forum post when it's finished 
"resource prices" is a work-in-progress list of what all resource items cost to buy or sell and i miiiight track the open market prices sometimes. basically i'm collecting information for if/when i become editor on a wiki for this game and it's also a handy list for if you want to look up those prices, i guess. or it will be when it's done
