Hello! Welcome to the hub thread for my PCE lore! This is just a place for me to keep it all, as I want more outlets to express my creativity without like, forcing myself to commit to a novel, haha. I also want to share it with others!

Some notes & rules:

• I'm totally fine with people posting in this thread! I'd love that, actually. Because I have a Table of Contents on this post, nothing will be lost, so no worries! Please interact if you're enjoying yourself here! (Though please don't roleplay or otherwise directly add on to my writing!)
  
• Relatedly, if you're liking my writing, I have a pinglist! Feel free to ask to be added.
  
• I love to play with metaphor and unreliable narration, so I suppose content warning for themes of unreality, should I be inspired, but also, if anything confuses you, please feel free to ask, and I'll clear up intentions and so on.
  
• I'd like my lore to be canon-compliant, so there may be some moving around as more of the site story develops. I do keep on top of the lore, though, so if you see something diverging from canon, please don't correct me; I likely did it on purpose!
  
• Relatedly, I played this game a lot without lore in mind, so my cats' relations are a mess. Each cat (once their bios are complete) has a "bonds" section, and that is what I consider canon to my story.
  
• I use terms like "cat" and whatever to refer to not-cats. Easier.
  
• I do not have a set schedule for updating it, this is just for fun! I may update sporadically, though I try not to ping more than once per day. Sorry in advance if I forget.

You'll be pinged whenever I finish a character project (e.g., an outfit, completed bio, or otherwise notable change), and whenever I post a new story installment. Character bios are easy, so as I'm catching up my current characters, I'll only ping when I've finished a bunch of them.

I'm pleased to announce the addition to Junco to the KotF lore! Right now, they have some placeholder clothes on until I save up enough to buy them the custom clothes I want, but I'm excited that I was able to find a Null cat that I really like :3

They're a quiet but nice cat, and they hang out with Rein a lot while fishing, which is really helpful to Rein -- she has some baggage that causes her to isolate herself from the rest of the community, so having someone she's able to bond with on a familial level is nice.

Also! All the bios are done for all the current cats! They're a bit more bare bones than I'd like, but as I write story installments (which I've begun to draft!!!), they'll hopefully fill in. Right now they've got some basic profile information, any art that I have of them, and characters they have relations with. Yay!
