Hello! I want to draw people's cats, but I actually don't have a lot of examples on how I draw cats... Obviously, the way to fix this is to draw more cats. I could just draw my own, but it seems like it'd be fun if I looked at other options. So, I'm making this thread!
All you need to do, really, is post your cat in this thread, preferably with the [cat=ID] BBCode. Though, I would like to note that I might not get around to drawing your cat or simply not want to draw them at all. This isn't anything against you personally, but considering how much traction free art stuff gets, I'll probably get overwhelmed with options relatively quickly. Keep this in mind!
If you have anything specific you want to note about the cat or have a reference in mind, feel free to include that too. I also like taking artistic liberties with the patterns, because I'm not actually that great at replicating the existing patterns, since they're so dense and hard to get the details of with the small sprites. That's what learning's for, though, so if you don't want me to mess with the fur patterns let me know about that too!
I currently have one example of the kind of artstyle I'll be doing these in, of my cat Diana:
That's all! :3
