Heya! This is where I'll document things that have happened in Newdawn in the form of a diary written by [ANONYMOUS] in universe, with occasional art too if I felt like it

Been doing this since Day 1 in a scene bio but since it's now full, I felt like I needed to move, so please excuse the walls of written days ^^"

Day 1
The place was just founded today. Things seem to be peaceful.
(Update: There was another not-cat named Orin becoming a new resident today. Hmm.)

(To be honest we're not even sure if this is Day 2 or 3..)
We've put up some new stuff around here. It isn't much, but at least it'll do.
(9:48) Someone from another village kindly sent us some materials to make a bonfire, so we had our very first luncheon ever while sitting around it; that stew sure is very nice.
(Update: We've been going on more adventures now, and one time we finally reached the center of the Heart of the Woods, beat this one shadowy moose that uncannily looks like Nestor.... Does this mean something...?)

Spring 37, Year 9
Day 3
Several hours ago I was told that Nestor came to our village saying that there's someone looking for a new home. We let him in and he introduced himself as... Brenzel, was it? He seems like a nice fella.... Wish the others are back from their adventure to meet him :(
(Update: They're back now :) also I forgot to mention that Jupe has mixed opinions regarding him but they'll eventually be acquaintances at least.... Right?)
(05:14) We all had a steak party at the luncheon to fully welcome Brenzel. 'Twas very good :)

Day 4
In the very early of the morning I saw Migorn and Brenzel being close to each other. Seems like they're now friends! Good for them, good for them.
(Also, had steak again today :) )

Can't believe it has been almost a week since me and some others moved from Earth.... Guess it's time to commemorate our one week anniversary?
(To be honest I don't really know why am I documenting our luncheon sessions but we just had steak again)

Ah.
So it's here.
The first week anniversary of the day me and some others were transported from Earth.
Well.... Guess I'll just write everything I wanted to say.
When I first came here, I was unsure of what to do. I mean, the scenery is far more better than the place I originally came from, but it was all so sudden and we barely even know each other at all. Nowadays, things have been slowly getting better, but sometimes I wonder what would it be like if I stayed at Earth...
That's all I can write for now, see you tomorrow, I guess.
(Unrelated, but we originally were going to have some roasted poultry for the luncheon but we were so busy we ended up having grilled dish instead. Still good food though!)

First day of the second week!
We've built a tiny garden outside of the base recently, and Miss Arina has taken a liking to it. I wonder if she wants to be a gardener..?
Also, Sathe made friends with Mike today.. It is honestly a nice fella if you get to know it!
(Unrelated again, but we finally had roasted poultry after the delay yesterday. It was so good I crave more...)

Day 9
An elder has stayed at our place today in the early morning. Ae's unfortunately sick when Nestor found aer.... Get well soon, Mx. Ali!
We had some rosemary biscuits earlier; Miss Arina said it can help Mx. Ali recover faster. Hope ae does recover fast....
(Also, just noticed that Mx. Ali still tried to hunt for resources despite being sick? What dedication, hope ae doesn't hurt aerself along the way though..)
(23:06) We just built a stick canopy shelter today! Now I can choose whether to sleep in the log or the shelter, yay!
