I was adventuring in the area before SoN and I got two skill challenges where after I rolled the dice only the continue button appeared. I was on my iPad on chrome, and I guess you can replicate it by getting a skill challenge in area IV? Here’s a picture of one of them, and my cats

I just got two more, one worked and the other did this
