reminder that discord is no longer hosting images- all past and future images that were linked from discord no longer work. thought it would be worth it to let folks here know because im seeing.... a LOT of broken images right now please don't forget to replace ur images with another host!!!

this is a good reminder!! i recently rehosted all the art i've commissioned to imgur. you don't even need to save the image to a device to host it on imgur - what i did was post the link for an image in my own personal discord server (we all have one we use to send ourselves things, right?), then drag the image from that window into the "drop images here" area imgur shows you when you hit "add image". worked like a charm!!

Yeah… that's why I bumped my image guide a bit with that piece of information. I have also compiled some websites in there — while I don't use it, IIRC File Garden has folders for organization.
Furthermore, to note: The way to retrieve lost Discord images is by posting their respective image link on a server. This works most of the time.

You need to save the image or "Open in Browser" to get the full quality image.
