"Very Weak" = 1-3
"Weak" = 1-5
"Moderate" = 3-8
"Strong" = 6 - 10
"Very strong = "8-10"

Exceptions being lonely kittens. They can get -1 below the threshold for Bravery and Dedication. So it doesn't seem like it's just "generally" with multiple exceptions just as a variety of life thing. The not-cats fit these 100% unless they are a lonely kitten (no littermate).

Jobs

You receive +2 to your occupation if you meet the personality trait for the profession. For "high", you need 8 or higher. For "low", you need 3 or lower.

* = Meets the required stat by default. May not be the case for bravery or extroversion, as not-cats that were once lonely kittens can be one point below.

Specialty Jobs

Unlike regular professions, specialty professions have very stringent requirements in order to provide a benefit to your village. For the most part, 8 will satisfy the bonus. However, trinkets and your mayor's personality trait influence can make it so you can reach 11+ in a stat. In my own personal testing, the +3 stat trinkets are better than the +2 personality trait trinkets (with exceptions being pleasant cats getting a +2 boost to the desired trait, they can reach 14)

[Mayor]
The Mayor is mostly a stat driven cat. However, their archetype can influence the personality traits of your village if you choose. Only exceptions being rebellious (no change) and pleasant cats (double effectiveness)

Optional Personality Influence: This effect can be turned on or off once per day. Some residents will have one of their personality stats slightly altered based on the personality archetype of the mayor. See below for the specific values:

- Pleasant: +1 Benevolence
- Gentle: +1 Benevolence
- Protective: +1 Bravery
- Adventurous: +1 Bravery
- Commanding: +1 Dedication
- Ordinary: +1 Dedication
- Rebellious: +1 Energy
- Jovial: +1 Extroversion

Exceptions: Commanding and Rebellious cats do not have their personalities influenced by leadership. Pleasant cats are doubly influenced by leadership.

*This chance comes from common offerings and thus does not lower odds of getting rare clothing or decor from Nestor

**Remember lonely kittens can push below the threshold, and can be as low as 7**
