Hi! I have a 3 digit here who I'd be potentially interested in auctioning/selling. It's been ages and ages since I've sold a 3 digit, though, and just from a quick glance at the forums I think they're worth uh... way more than they were when I was selling some of mine (rest in peace all my 80-100k note 3 digit sales).



She has family, but it's a fairly short family tree unlike most of my 3 digits!

I'd appreciate any input on how much she might be worth, and will make note any offers or names of people interested in case I do decide to sell!

Please note I would be looking for pure currency, either notes or EF.

Seriously though, I think it would approach around ~1000kn notes at this point

would like to correct the above post that the 4 digit sold for about 430kn value, not 1000kn?
but 1000kn worth for a 3 digit is definitely not out of the question! i’d be willing to offer… up to all the currency i have atm, which is about 4k ef and 270kn
afaik, the last 3 digit sale was for 1700ef back when it was at a 1:400 or so ratio, which was about 680kn value. that was 4 months ago, and with the balloon in 4 digit prices, i can see a similar price increase for 3 digits as well! you can definitely mark me down as interested

hi! purchaser of the aforementioned 4-digit here just wanted to clarify - that particular cat went for an extra-high price because both i and the next-highest offerer both really liked their ID (4344)! the other person offered $200 in EF (2250 EF), so i counteroffered with a total value of 455kn (2275 EF).

(i'm using an EF:notes ratio of 1:200, for the reasons mentioned in that linked post! ^^)

however, before that $200 offer was made by the other person who liked the ID, my offer (which looked like it was about to be accepted) was a total value of 345kn (which was justtttt high enough to beat the next-highest offer at the time). i'd say that's probably a more accurate representation of what 4-digits (specifically, NF ones) are going for nowadays!

with that said, there was also a recent sale of a 4-digit cat for only 250 EF (50kn by my ratio, although i suppose one could argue for ~60kn... but either way, extremely low). i'm a bit hesitant to include this one as an example (because the seller did state multiple times that they weren't super experienced with selling cats, before and after accepting that offer), but i figured it might be a helpful data point to illustrate the spectrum of recent 4-digit sale prices?

... anywaaaay, 3-digits! i don't have as many (or any, really) data points for those, because i only recently started collecting low-digits (read: paying attention to low-digit sales) and haven't yet managed to acquire a 3-digit... but i would loveee for Lena to be my first one

my current funds are only* about 400kn (due to my recent purchase, oof lol) and... nowhere near the amount of EF that Vice has, so if EF is your priority, i concede here xD but if you're willing to consider primarily-notes offers, i can def give you a higher number than that if/when you decide to sell!
* not implying that this is a small amount of notes in general, just... in the context of 3-digits...

I offered 2,250 EF for that nf 4 digit, and lost. So you can definitely get significantly more than that!

I can't compete (that's the most I can spend as a responsible adult, lol), but I would love to watch so please ping me if you do decide to sell

Edit: And Nuz covered everything perfectly! I wouldn't have been willing to spend $200 on pretty much any other 4 digit. This was 100% for the ID number. I was very, very tempted to offer up to $300/3,375 ef for that ID. Responsibility beat me out though. It is definitely an outlier, not the norm.

Anything else would just be for a nest egg that I would hopefully be able to exchange for a more desired ID or future investment.

I bought #688 for 660kn, 700ef, 1 custom accessory, banner art back in January. I believe the ef rate was around 300/350n=1ef. not a public sale (? believe i’m using that word correctly what i mean to say is that i was offering a select amount a person approached me and because of that no one else was able to offer a higher amount)
Like vice mentioned another 3 digit sold for 1700ef shortly after mine (same seller, this time offers were taking publicly)

@MarshSiren for clarity/record-keeping's sake i ended up buying her for my stated offer (4k ef and 270kn) who knows if the next one will go that high, i think 3 digits are price capped based on how much money the richest interested party has honestly

yeah, their values go up with on just the whim of the richest who want them. Within just a few months the sale prices for 3 digits are continuing to rise at a hefty rate. I do wonder how high the next sale will be!
