i got a cat from nestor on mobile (android, chrome)

i tried to copy their vibe check but when i got to the "hums to themself" line suddenly. They turned into a longhair bean...


and then i tried again and they performed mitosis

ive seen someone get this before but i didn't see a bug report about it
and of course theyre back to normal once i accept them

this doesnt seem to happen on cat pages or the cats page only for nestor mayhaps?

that's fascinating, it's like you somehow managed to drag the entire image within its frame. I wonder if it might be a one-time strange happening.

What kind of device/browser are you using?

android, 11 i think, idk what specific phone if it matters and chrome whatever the latest versiogn is

i got another cat today so i wanted to see if it acts weird again, after selecting the vibe check nothing happened so i tried selecting the actual cat and the entire page shifted left?? last time i didn't select the cat on purpose, it just selected them when i reached the last line of the vibecheck. this one has a shorter vibecheck that doesn't need to scroll so maybe that has something to do with it?

it shifts more to the left or right depending how much i have selected i think

oh i forgot to mention i got the second cat after updating to android 12! so that could be something too

Something that might be related: In adventure, if you use arrow keys to change the highlighted options, it can change a cat’s pose when the cat is highlighted during the choice for which square to move them to. It restores after the turn ends, so I figured it scrolled through the sprite sheet.

I think this is a device thing that I can't do anything about unfortunately, since it seems your browser is, for some reason, actually altering the div which isn't something I can stop.
