Hello! I'm currently gauging interest for my art as well as a price estimate for my work.
Currently, I can offer fullbodies and portraits in this style:



I'm currently unsure how to price my work, given that there's no way to buy currency and therefore correlate USD to Note value of my art. For reference, I usually charge $150 for these.

Given that worthwhile cats usually go for around 10kn or more, I was thinking:

• 15.000 – 20.000 Notes for a portrait/bust
  
• 40.000 Notes for a fullbody

However, I am looking for feedback on these prices, given that I haven't seen anybody with prices this high.

Additionally, I can offer cheaper sketch portraits in the style below, around 6.000 Notes. This is a bit of a dated example, but just as a reference of what kind of polish you should expect from this style:



Lastly, here are my pet portrait examples, I thought they'd be relevant on a pet site :"D Please note that I'm not offering this type of commission at the moment! These are just examples for a skill reference.



I will also accept items as payment. All items are valued at current lowest Open Marketplace value. If the item is not on the Marketplace, it can be valued the same as its other recolors (if applicable). Otherwise, we can negotiate the value.

Cat Wishlist:

Will take any 3-Digit and 4-Digit cats! Will offer higher quality\polish pieces for these! Please see my gallery for more examples.

Oh wow, your style is incredible. You definitely can charge at least that much- I am unsure how many people have that money on hand, but it's absolutely worth all of it (even probably more). Absolutely incredible pieces, thank you for offering these for onsite currency!

Awh, thanks so much for the kind words and encouragement, seriously! It genuinely means a lot. I'm probably only gonna offer a couple of slots for these to have a financial boost of sorts to really start participating in the community, since I don't really have much else at this stage. I did see some people bidding on cats in 30-40kn range, so I'm assuming there's some portion of the playerbase holding those sums. Hopefully my art can catch someone's attention, otherwise I'd have to come up with some pagedoll/chibi/etc format that can sell for 1k or so :"D

Jackalope’s point is the main issue here I think. Not many people have the notes on hand to buy the art. Maybe you could offer alternative payment options (apparel, cats, mats, art trades, etc) for those who can’t purchase it outright

I for one am in love with your art and would love a piece (or three) but I simply don’t have the funds to purchase it.

I'll probably come back here once I get a bit more notes, since 6k is almost all that I have currently
