Absolutely! I saw a different snowspot longhair on the recruitment board maybe a week or two ago for...I want to say 12kn or so? But that one had a pretty bad stat distribution (not to mention my memory is...unreliable...), so I could offer between 5-10kn on top of Dakota for Birk, if that interests you?
