I believe the user might be Kieren (#3730). I just googled "pixel cat's end moonberry village" and found them, their village is called Moonberry and they have an art shop with a similar style to the cat in the ad.
That said, there is a user search, but not a village search as far as I've seen, so google will be your best bet for finding people by village
