1. Ten posts is too small, it make it so you have to swap pages too frequently when it comes to using the forum. Twenty would allow for more posts per page so that each page is able to be used better.

2. Also multi quoting and notifications when you quote someone. That way you can respond to multiple things in a post. Like this

3. having "Last post from x in y thread" display when you click on the forums page. That way you can see the level of activity in each section without having to click on it.

support on the first and last ones, no support on the second one. quoting is a way to add on to something without pinging, otherwise you can just ping them. and for example if you're using quotes to individually respond to multiple parts of a reply it'll ping them multiple times which can get annoying. you already can multi-quote up to 3/4 times and if that increases it can get too spammy

That is valid though I think multi quoting should be included as a feature.

1. I actually like 10 posts per page, I don't like scrolling down for ages. It's especially nice if i need to find one specific post to reread or quote, I only need to remember the page and it's easy and quick to find again.

2. Multiquoting is already a thing, no? Maybe you mean with the quote button. That would be neat actually, being able to click "quote" on the posts you want to quote and have them all be collected on the reply box at the bottom.
I wouldn't want the quote to have an autoping tho, or at least one i can't turn off in either settings or with a quick checkbox as i'm quoting. Having to systematically delete pings sounds more of a hassle than having to type in a ping when i need one together with a quote.
(I wouldn't want to be pinged everytime i'm quoted either)

3. I'm fine with that. Might make the page a bit busy and not something i feel the need for but ye, i wouldn't mind.

Multi quoting isn't a thing. If you try to add asec9nd quote it overrides.

@Nessiefur Not if you copy the first quote. You can quote something so you get exactly what they said (including links and images and stuff) and then copy that and quote someone else, then paste it wherever it was chronologically. And if I’m quoting someone and want to ping them, I can easily click on their name in the ‘(name) said’ part of a quote, and just add an ‘@‘ to the beginning.

No support, sorry. I like Cat’s End forums the way they are. (A search function for threads might be nice, but that’s it’s own thing)

And that is needlessly cumbersome when having multi quote support would make things much easier. Like if you need to quote say five people, that would add on massively to the effort in posting when being able to multiquote would solve.

There is no benefit to not having that functionality. More so for people on mobile.

i'm iffy on #1 (maybe 15 posts instead?) but i would really like multi-quote and "last post" links. it would be super helpful to see.

also it would be nice if the little emoji next to the forum section/thread was also clickable and led to that section/thread, since they're a bigger target for my mouse and easier to click for me.

if last post stuff isn't possible, it would be awesome to have the pagination of the thread on the overall board screen so you could click into the last page instead of having to click on the name and then click on the last page. it would make threads like tiny questions much easier to keep up with.

Ohhhh!! Last post link or pagination to get to the last page of a thread directly from the thread list would be so convenient!

ohh i misunderstood what you mean by multi-quoting (i thought you meant like, a whole quote thread) in that case support bc it always annoys me i cant do that lol. it's just a case of simply making it so that when you quote someone then press quote on another reply it doesn't replace the first quote

Edit: also as a mobile user it IS very needlessly cumbersome to have to copy-paste so i can put multiple quotes in a post. and if you quote more than 2 ppl you have to paste all the quotes into an off-site place (like notes) just so u can paste them all again in a thread. so yeah i desperately need this lmao
