Deeper into the woods has the infamous house of (again) infamous neighbors: the littermate trio. After running away from their crimes and falling into the land of Everhome, the best they could do was a small treehouse with the dropped resources they had found over time.
The littermates work in rhythm as they long for the older days, meanwhile their effort is only enough to keep them alive. Nix prepares herbs for apothecaries while Ancelin makes tools whenever he's not sleeping. Smokey both guards the home and gathers resources- eventually one benefiting the other.
