Ocean is an odd non-cat, it's not so much mysterious but is better described as weird.

It doesn't like to talk much or seeing other non-cats at all, they just stay by the peaceful lake but close enough to the town to enter it if it absolutely needs to.

The only non-cat Ocean is comfortable around is Posse, but even then, it prefer to spend their time together without many words. Recently though, Ocean and Posse have become partners. It enjoys and admires Posse's energetic personality and spirit for adventure.
