Squall
About
Sassy . Astute . Reflective
This not-cat presents herself as an open-book who, when prompted, is sharp as a tack. She is certain that the occasional conversation held with her ends on a positive note. When she keeps to herself, they are vigilant of anything or anyone around, over time this trait has provided her with much information.
For Squall it's not hard to get along with others, but what she really prefers to be doing involves only them. She precisely plants the seeds in rows so that the garden may grow in an orderly fashion. Next she gets to watch day by day as their effort turns into a prosperous reward for the village.

VILLAGE LIFE
YEAR 7
YEAR 7
Farmer - Founder
- When she left the main village square for a stroll, Squall discovered a makeshift twig hut - only big enough for one cat - hidden not far in the woods. Careful in her investigation they realized that this must belong to the village recluse, Talisman. Later that day they wrote in their diary of what she had discovered and their thoughts of the north wind, adding little sunflower doodles around the page. She'd keep this to herself. Summer 48, Year 7.
- Watching Edelweiss stalk after bugs to catch in the garden, she decides to let it know a better way to find them around the plants without harming them. Since the bug catcher takes their advice, it turns out to have worked well in the end! The bad bugs were away from her crops and Edelweiss had it's insects. Autumn 17, Year 7.
- Later that day Squall noticed Talisman had left some wooden bowls and spoons laying out, resisting the urge to knock them over, when he returns they offer her some twigs he had found. Trellises for her garden maybe? Autumn 17, Year 7.
- Taking a break from all their farming, Squall takes a long walk beside a river in a field. Finding a fresh water spring she begins digging and uncovers some unique looking rocks. Could these be some runes? Fossilized plants maybe? When she gets back to the village she sees that Caldera and Legend were waiting on her. Oops. Winter 10, Year 7.
- When Trident, recently recruited to an adventuring party, returns with a scrape, Squall is there to help. She does, however, first scold him. Once he is cleaned up they pat him on the head and tell him to be more careful. Winter 16, Year 7.
- On a boulder out in the field she decides to paint a couple of pretty designs on it, making sure to put direction markers on it as well for anyone who wanders by. Later she is approached by Caldera with a pretty blue feather gift! Wow! Winter 17.
- Squall and Caldera work together to make a whole hoard of little snowkittens. Caldera purring and giggling the whole time, while Edelweiss sit back watching them in amusement. What's up with her? Huh. Winter 25.
- While passing through, Trident notices her picking up around the village where she had dropped some seeds and produce. Her offers to help and they get it all tidied up twice as fast! Winter 31.
YEAR 8
- Nearing the end of summer, and seeing how well the village has been growing and advancing over the seasons, Caldera speaks with Squall while sipping on tea. Together they agree that it would be a perfect time to bring in some beans to the world! Not long after they have three cloud bundles holding their soon to emerge beans. Summer 42.
- Squall is bouncing around on a roof but is noticed by Caldera who tells them to get down because it's dangerous. Reluctantly she agrees, just happy that their beans are getting closer to arrival. Summer 44.
- Sent to Gardenhome City to gather some supplies, they get distracted by a flower shop and picks out a pretty pink wildflower to bring back to her partner~ Summer 46.
- To protect the garden from hungry crows, she builds a horrifying scarecrow with a menacing, stone glare that is sure to scare anyone off. When Yussa walks by he complements their craftsmanship. winter 24.
