Lilith is often the subject of local myth surrounding the village, this not-cat lives on the very fringes of the territory, coming to the town centre just once a week to restock on supplies, only occasionally sticking around to talk, although not for long. Her white fur is entirely unbroken by colour, leaving red eyes stark against the snow, however these are often hidden by her hood.
There are rumours that Lilith isn’t a not-cat at all, but is instead a mysterious entity parading as one, these are accompanied by the beliefs that Lilith is capable of magic, whether it be for good or bad, stewing from odd happenstances over the years- claims of glowing eyes or floating paraphernalia following her around.
Debates of the truth behind these claims is common debate in the village, regardless though, most not-cats tread warily around Lilith, unwilling to get on her bad side in case the stories aren’t just tales.
Etymology - Meaning "belonging to the night," the feminine form of a word meaning "demon" or "spirit."
