Glen was surprised to be elected as the village mayor; they were never the type to seek out such a position, but the other not-cats felt that this quality - alongside their compassionate, intelligent, and hardworking nature - made them a perfect fit. Their contributions to the village as a whole have always been reasonable, and since taking on their new role, they’ve been determined to ensure that everyone has what they need to do their best. From meticulously taking notes on inventory to checking in with everyone as they do (or pretend to do) their tasks, Glen’s paws are usually full with something…but they’re always available to lend an ear. Pens, on the other hand, not so much. When they find out who keeps stealing their pens they’re going to be a tad miffed.
