The cliffhanger at the end of part 3 of this story is widely regarded by fans as one of the best in the show. I personally would even go so far as to say that in my personal opinion it is my favourite cliffhanger in the whole show. The acting is phenomenal and it's an incredible story.
As you can tell by the scars, it's one of those stories where you go wow he's really going through it this episode. It's not a happy episode at all. But it's so good!
