The first fisher of the Bristle Wood Village, Tamrin aspires to be an author. Xe both keeps a journal and writes stories in xyr free time.
Tamrin was born a house pet, but left as a young adolescent. Xe sought a life of adventure, and would eventually meet Sylval, who introduced xem to Nestor. Tamrin is only partially not-cat, with xyr mother being a cat. Xe didn’t learn of this fact, or even learn that not-cats existed outside of passing rumor, until Nestor told xem.
Life on Not-Earth has been… interesting. Despite xyr thumbs being a bit shorter than a typical not-cat’s, Tamrin is much more magically inclined than xyr companions. The first time xyr abilities appeared was when xe was adventuring with a group. In trying to save another not-cat, Elm, from being gravely wounded, xe seemingly shot a bolt of magic (later called lifeforce) from xyr paw. Others later discovered that many possessed similar abilities.
