I can't find the answer anywhere, but how do I get catmint tea? And can partnered Not-Cats have kittens without the influence of catmint tea??

@Agion Catmint tea can be crafted when you have unlocked the apothecary occupation. And yes, if your pair of patnered not-cats are able to have biological children, there's a chance they will ask to start a family through the daily scenarios.

how exactly do the modifiers effect your gathering score and subsequent rewards? i would guess a standard 0-20 roll + any modifiers, but i don't think i've seen anything over 20.

The modifiers affect the lower end of the scale so that low stat cats don’t get locked out of high tier items. So a cat with a +5 in hunting can go from 5-20, or one with -2 in gathering can go below 0. Weather modifiers work the same way.

if it's allowed, where in the forums would a possible pinglist for whiskers wares go up (similar to swipp swapp's pinglist on fr)?

also, what is whisker's pool of items? is there a way to search it up or is it everything but a few specific groups

Whiskers sells all resources that Nestor can give out. They sell 8 Common Items, 4 Uncommon Items, and 4 Rare items each restock.

On the post office board where it says notices like help is needed to build a road and which region you are, do different people have different things? I'm #NW-4

The regions are different, but the rest of it is the same. Like I’m #NW-1 and the number we get depends on our ID.
