Maybe from left field but Haisuinonasa is some of the only math rock we like, specifically "A city not on the map" is brilliant with a lot of rhythm changes and fun experimentation.
If you like the idea of jazz metal, you can't miss Cojum Dip's Waltz in E-Major "Moon Waltz' or 134340 Pluto is also great. If you want something a little exccentric with a lot of rhythm changes, Moon Waltz (the original ver., not piano) would probably be a top recommendation.

chonny's charming chaos compendium by chonny jash is a fantastic concept album made of covers of tally hall, joe hawley, miracle musical, and other projects from the same artists. it is genuinely the best album i have heard in my life and i cannot stop listening to his songs. hes also not too well known to my knowledge

warning! the entire album has really dark themes and a Lot of cursing, as do a lot of his other songs
