Private and Public Commissions

If you commission me for an original custom item, you have a few options for the item’s availability to the general public. Fully private items (where I cannot sell variants on my shop) will be much more expensive than partially public items, as I need to account for the amount of profit I could gain otherwise if I were able to sell on my shop. Feel free to discuss other solutions with me, such as private colors with public recolors available, retiring or limited stock, or being sold via print on demand only—these sorts of options may be a lower price point than fully private.

If you commissioned a private item or item recolor, you can always buy more copies of the private variation for 25ef each. Reselling rules apply—if you continuously purchase copies to resell at a markup from the print fee, I may restrict or prevent you from buying more copies altogether. (If you would like to commission custom item art that you’d have the copyright to, in that you can submit the item and sell it and any recolors on your own shop, please discuss that with me beforehand.)

Reselling

I’m completely fine with you reselling sponsored items for the price that you sponsored them for. I can’t stop you from reselling a sponsored item at a markup, but I won’t like it.

Feel free to resell any items that aren’t in my shop at a markup—namely, any retired items that are no longer listed can be freely resold at any price you’d wish. I understand that’s part of the draw!

If an item is currently available in my shop, please don’t resell it for more than the listed price. While I can’t stop you from doing that either, considering it’d be readily available for a lower price, it’d probably be considered scamming.

Refunds

I do not accept EF refunds for any items in my shop due to being unsustainable and there being a risk of abuse. You can refer to the rules above, though: you are totally allowed to resell or trade the item to someone else.

If you purchased the wrong color of a non-retiring or non-limited item by mistake—specifically if you were intending to purchase another color of the same item—I will accept trade-ins for the correct color, provided you request one within 24 hours of purchasing the item and provide a receipt of purchase.

Keep in mind that these rules are subject to change, and I reserve the right to decline any request for any reason. I’m pretty open to questions and discussing things, though
