During the night one cold Autumn day when the southern winds blew stronger than usual, a young bean was born to a young family of three, back on Earth. Immediately the family detected that the creature they had birthed was unusual and named her Fallow, meaning wasted, before casting them out to fend for themselves. Fallow managed to make her own way to Not-Earth, and somehow found a place they could call home. Despite the odds, Fallow has managed to remain certain and reliable, and extremely benevolent, and despite her family’s disdain for how ‘extraordinary’ they are, they’ve always felt rather… plain. Regardless of this, her new village loves them, and cherishes their presence in all the villagers’ lives. A floral scent always seem to follow her wherever she goes, and this, combined with her sunflower adorned fur, leads to the beans referring to them as a princess, which makes them feel rather special.
