help i feel so stupid— how do i put links as short words?

i know the button for it is this: [url=][/url] .

i've tried [url=art insta][/https://www.instagram.com/xinaizen] but that appears as the whole line and not a compact little link that just says "art insta".

i'm not quite sure where to put my url and where to put the text i want the url to appear as. can anyone help me?
