everything happens here. new love is found here, hearts are broken here. new drama arises, but then gets crushed by the food. news spreads, stories blossom, not-cats get zesty with the catmint and fall asleep. the kitchen is always busy, and always needs a second hand. something delicious has arrived by mail. no matter what, something needs cleaning. in heavy storms, everyone huddles under the canopies from the weather, and it gets crowded, but then the food comes out and everyone melts with joy (unless wesolyne is there, taking over, and one gets annoyed with her, but ae can't argue with a full mouth).
