Biography
scrambled thoughts of luncheon tier lists

f tier - veggie stir fry, seafood medley, snowpea stir fry. these ONLY boost health in pretty much every scenario. not worth your time since health is easy to improve in other places
also, rosemary biscuits, creamy caulimeower soup, for only boosting magic which isnt useful yet

overall, seafood medley > veggie stir fry > snowpea stir fry > rosemary biscuits/creamy caulimeower soup. the luck boosts are just a waste of resources rn. snowpea stir fry uses meat which is better for other recipes. if you're going for health you might as well go for the gold

d tier - watermeowlon jelly, warm stew, winter stew, starfruit jelly, fish and chips. the jellies are health and magic boosters but also give perception which is nice. licorice is also only used for jelly and wintermint can easily be gotten through adventuring so it's not the end of the world. but there are better recipes
stew > jellies. but the stews have the issue of using crickets/bugs which are also used for making flour through Baker, and warm stew uses meat which is better for other recipes
fish and chips has a luck booster/magic boost. cleverness isnt used in too many jobs and fish is probably better used in other recipes

overall, stew > fish n chips > jellies

c tier - toasted ants, cheese pizza, fresh winter salad, spicy snowmeowto chili. this is basically the tier where all the other winter exclusive recipes go. all of these are sorta Meh because they are only available in winter and will only be good for 49 days. which is fine, however their ingredients are questionable for how useful they are.

toasted ants only use snow ants and only gives agility, it's the winter toasted crickets. gold standard.
cheese pizza and snowmeowto chili both use KFC ingredients, but their boosts are very nice. however if you're a big adventurer then you won't be using these recipes since your ingredients are best used elsewhere
fresh winter salad is pretty good for gathering and uses resources that aren't in super high demand for other site recipes

overall, snowmeowto chili > cheese pizza > fresh winter salad > toasted ants

tbh this would be the only tier that doesn't factor in adventuring, so gathering only

b tier - three layer cake, grilled fish, buttery cray cakes, toasted crickets, cheesy scrambled eggs, grilled poultry, fishy rolls. large tier but...

three layer cake gathering boosts are health/luck which are useless right now. melee bonus in adventuring is fine but this wont be something you use often. still gotta put it above the lower tiers since it gives two adventuring perks (and has super cute art!)
grilled fish is for finesse which a lot of jobs dont use. good for a budget recipe if you use rangers or just need your crafters to bring back collectibles you're missing
buttery cray cakes give luck, but also agility/finesse which is good for a variety of gathering jobs. hp/ranged dice in adventuring also isnt bad
toasted crickets is budget hunting recipe, dodge die is also good
cheesy scrambled eggs is ok but cleverness is used for like 2 jobs and support dice doesnt have much use right now. cheese/eggs are better spent elsewhere at the moment
grilled poultry isnt even a good budget fields recipe since poultry is uncommon to get from jobs and it's better spent on other recipes
fishy rolls gives strength/health. kinda same philosophy as cake, but the ingredients are cheaper

overall, buttery cray cakes > toasted crickets > fishy rolls > three layer cake > grilled poultry > grilled fish > cheesy scrambled eggs

a tier - steamed mussels, chicken and rice, meatloaf and cat-tatoes, sweet catato pie, foraged salad, eggs on toast.

the first four gives +3 to respective stats while the other two gives a nice variety of good perks.

s tier - grilled steaks, mushroom dumplings, crispy fried fowl, bread basket, brocattli bird casserole. the first three give strength and melee dice boosts. steaks/dumplings are relatively cheap to make (mushrooms are used in 2 recipes, so unless you're QSing them you might be passively accumulating them). KFC has the issue of requiring a ton of poultry which isn't the easiest resource to get, but it's definitely the best recipe for adventuring and poultry can be gotten year-round unlike button mushrooms
bread basket is an easy boost to hunting and "fields" (gatherer/gardener/etc). this is the go-to gathering specific recipe since so many jobs use agility and perception
brocattli bird casserole gives strength/agility/cleverness and melee/dodge die. it is Very good. broccatli/rice are also luncheon exclusive resources so aren't needed for other recipes

overall, kfc > broccatli bird casserole > mushroom dumplings > bread basket > steaks
