Now to your question/s:
I can totally draw your fox OC! Since you'd like to commission all three styles, it'll take me a bit longer to finish, but definitely not longer than a month from when payment is received!
As for illustration commissions, those will unfortunately stay closed for another while if you're planning to pay with in-game currency. At the earliest when the premium currency of the game is released, since I only take half in Notes, the rest has to be paid in real life money or premium currency for those big commissions. When it comes to real life money commissions, those are open here and there, but I don't currently offer any slots due to real life circumstances.
As for the payment, I feel 7000 notes might be a bit much though I'm not one to decline
Really though, I'm totally fine with payment anywhere between 5000-7000 notes (this reminds me I should probably really sit down and calculate prices for non cat characters at one point 
)Either way, if all of this looks good to you, feel free to send me a reference of your character, just in case the design changes the price in some way (though I doubt it, but you never know)

Thank you most profusely for your response and for being up for drawing my lad, I appreciate it immensely ! It's absolutely fine that it may take longer, please do take all the time you need, even if it is over a months wait. I'm in no rush to receive the art, and the wait will be completely worth it for the quality of your art. I always highly encourage artists to take all the time they need, as I'd rather you enjoy/ have fun doing it, instead of stressing about it or something along those lines. Always put yourself first before the art! Nevertheless, I appreciate it immensely.
For the Illustrations, I thank you for the information, and that's completely understandable! You deserve alot of compensation for illustrations such as those. I'll keep my eye out in the future if ever you open up those illustrations for real currency, as I'd be highly interested. I hope your real life circumstances may improve soon, and that you're doing alright.
7000 notes, an overpay for all three of those pieces ? Far from it. Your art is absolutely amazing, and is worth every note. Especially considering the fact you're drawing a OC instead of a not cat, I think it's fair ahah. I'll send you a PM with the payment and the reference sheet when I return home, as for now I'm out.
